- Monitor stock levels and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety and cleanliness regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in making Arabic sweets and desserts
- Knowledge of traditional and modern Arabic pastry techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in GCC countries is an advantage
