Full-time cashier position in a retail or specialty shop in Doha, Qatar.
The profile describes three years of cashier experience in retail or specialty stores and prefers HORECA experience.
Customer service and transactions
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems.
- Assist with chocolate selection by offering product knowledge and pairing suggestions.
- Balance the cash register and prepare daily sales reports.
Shop support and presentation
- Maintain shop cleanliness, product displays, and an elegant presentation of goods.
- Manage counter stock such as bags, gift wrapping, and small add-ons.
- Support the shop team with packing, gift wrapping, and restocking when needed.
- Maintain professional grooming and presentation.
Experience and skills
- Three years of cashier experience in retail or specialty store environments.
- A proven record of customer satisfaction and efficient transaction handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fast and accurate cash handling.
- Knowledge of chocolates, confectionery, or luxury retail is advantageous.
- HORECA experience is preferred.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 1,700–2,000 per month.
