BM Events Qatar is hiring a full-time Cashier for its Doha office.
The role involves cash handling, invoicing, payment collection, bank deposits, financial record keeping, and coordination with clients, the Accounts team, and management.
Responsibilities
- Check timesheets for required stamps and signatures; prepare invoice supporting documents and attach relevant timesheets.
- Present invoices, collect cash or cheques from clients, deposit payments into the bank, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain the daily cash expense ledger and accurate cash and payment records.
- Check casual staff QIDs and documentation; support timely payment processing and banking or client payment activities as needed.
- Maintain company contracts and original documents, and safely store client agreements and legal documentation.
- Securely handle company cash and financial documents and maintain confidentiality of banking and company financial information.
Candidate requirements
- Relevant experience in one or more of cashier operations, accounts and finance, invoicing and billing, payment collection, client follow-ups, banking and deposits, expense ledger and record keeping, or office administration.
- Good communication skills, numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and responsible handling of confidential company information.
- A valid Qatar ID and Qatar driving licence are preferred.
Salary
- Salary is QAR 2,500–3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Full-time work from the employer's Doha office; work location is in person.
