BM Events is hiring experienced Arabic-speaking baristas for an event in Doha, Qatar.
The temporary, event-based assignment runs October 29–31, 2026.
Duty hours are 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
- Operate coffee machines and barista equipment properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station.
- Provide professional, friendly service to guests.
- Follow food safety and event service standards.
- Support smooth and efficient service throughout the event.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is required.
- Good Arabic communication and customer service skills are required.
- A valid Qatar ID and Food Handling Certificate (FHC) are required.
- Candidates must be available October 29–31, 2026.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude are expected.
Workplace and provisions
- Work location is in person.
- Transportation and a duty meal are provided.
