About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a responsible and professional Case Manager to handle client cases, maintain regular communication, coordinate documentation, and ensure smooth processing of applications.
The candidate will also be responsible for recovery and follow-up of second payments, attending meetings with clients, and providing timely updates regarding case progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage assigned client cases professionally.
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and application requirements.
- Recover and coordinate collection of second installment/payments from clients.
- Attend client meetings and provide proper consultation regarding case status.
- Share application updates, approvals, and required documents with clients through email.
- Maintain accurate records of client files, payments, and communication.
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation team for smooth processing.
- Ensure clients are updated regularly regarding the progress of their applications.
- Resolve client concerns and maintain professional relationships.
- Prepare reports and maintain follow-up schedules.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
