We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Logistic Foreman to join our wedding and events team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, supervising loading and unloading, and ensuring all event materials are delivered, organized, and set up on time.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Supervise the movement, loading, Production and equipment.

· Coordinate with event planners, drivers, warehouse staff, and setup crews.

· Ensure all items are prepared and dispatched according to event schedules

· Check event materials before and after delivery to avoid shortages or damage.

· Maintain proper inventory and report missing or damaged items.

· Support smooth execution of events by solving logistics issues quickly.

· Ensure team members follow company procedures, safety rules, and deadlines.

· Manage & supervise Carpentry Workshop team.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Proven experience in logistics, events, weddings, or a related field.

· Good knowledge of event setup, transportation, and material handling.

· Should have hands on experience in Carpentry Skills (Wedding Decorations).

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

· Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.

· Able to communicate in English & Arabic is preferred.

· Qatar Driving License is mandatory

· Immediate joiners preferred.

Monthly Salary: Based on experience (Housing and Transportation provided by the company)
