About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative marketing materials for digital and print platforms
- Create social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, flyers, menus, and presentations
- Develop branding concepts and visual identities for group companies and campaigns
- Prepare artwork for printing and digital publishing
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to understand project requirements
- Ensure all designs align with NMJ brand standards and company image
- Edit and retouch images professionally
- Support website graphics and digital campaigns
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets
- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Figma (Preferred)
• After Effects / Premiere Pro (Advantage)
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, branding, and color theory
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or corporate branding is an advantage
- Note: Accommodation & Transportation provided by the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
