About This Role
Steak Town
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to steakhouse standards, with a strong focus on steak execution, consistency, speed, and hygiene.
The role is hands-on and essential to delivering high-quality dishes during high volume service.
Food Preparation & Cooking
- Prepare and cook steaks and related menu items according to standard recipes
- Execute correct steak doneness levels as per steakhouse standards
- Operate assigned station (Grill / Hot Line / Cold Line / Prep) efficiently
- Ensure proper seasoning, resting, slicing, and plating of steaks
- Always follow plating guides and presentation standards
Service Execution
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during service
- Communicate clearly with Sous Chef and kitchen team during service
- Respond promptly to special requests and modifications
- Maintain clean and organized workstation throughout service
Food Quality & Control
- Check food quality, freshness, and temperature before service
- Follow portion control standards to reduce waste
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
- Follow HACCP and food safety standards strictly
- Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards
Desired Candidate Profile
· Steakhouse or grill-based restaurant experience preferred
· Basic food safety knowledge (HACCP awareness)
· Culinary training or certification is an advantage
· Immediate joiners preferred.
**Experience**: 1 - 2 Years
Monthly Salary: Based on experience (Housing and Transportation provided by the company)
