Job Summary
We are seeking a **skilled and reliable Carpenter** to join our team.
The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, partition, drywall, flooring, and trim
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with contractors, supervisors, and other trades as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong math and measuring skills
Preferred Skills
- **Minimum 2 years of experience as a Carpenter**
- **Age below 38 years**
- Experience in residential and/or commercial construction
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor job sites
- May require standing, bending, lifting, and working at heights
