The waiter captain manages a team of waiters and helps ensure prompt, accurate food and drink service.
The role requires polite customer service, effective communication with kitchen staff, and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders, and ensure food and drinks are served promptly.
- Oversee dining-area setup and cleanup and ensure tables are properly set.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to support food quality and order accuracy.
- Manage the waiter team and help customers enjoy their meals.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Able to manage a team of waiters.
- Polite and customer-focused when serving guests.
- Able to communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and bring a confident, pleasant, and determined approach.
