  • **Job Description*** Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service when required
  • Guide guests on food, beverage selections to enhance their overall experience
  • Coordinate closely with the outlet team and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor the cleanliness, setup, and ambiance of the outlet
  • Address guest requests, resolve concerns, and handle escalated issues promptly
  • Train, coach, and motivate service staff to uphold service standards
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and hotel/service guidelines at all times
  • Assist with inventory, stock control, and daily operational reports as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
  • Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and guest relations.
  • Experience in handling staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operational procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
