Job Description

- Chef de Cuisine
- to bring vision, precision, and elevated flavor to one of our signature outlets.
- What you'll create
- Curated, seasonally driven menus that reflect a unique culinary point of view
- Elevated, guest-centric dining experiences with a focus on storytelling through food
- Signature dishes that define the restaurant’s identity and reputation
- Beautifully composed plates that meet the highest standards of luxury presentation
Qualifications
- Who you are
- Prior experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or Executive Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- A refined culinary professional with experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or Michelin-caliber kitchens
- A creative leader with a strong personal style and attention to detail
- Deeply knowledgeable in modern and classical techniques
- A natural mentor who inspires excellence and growth within your team
- Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with every dish
