BOF Investments Corp is building a unified financial intelligence ecosystem that integrates AI-powered capital markets, digital asset trading, institutional brokerage, payments, and asset management.
With offices in Dubai (DIFC), London, New York, and Johannesburg, we operate at the frontier of financial services — reimagining how capital is raised, deployed, and grown.
We are looking for a Capital Markets professional who brings deep transactional experience in public market structures — IPOs, Reverse Takeovers, SPACs, and broader capital formation mandates — and who can originate, structure, and execute deals within an ecosystem where AI and digital assets are not a footnote, but the strategy.
The Role
- Originate and execute capital markets transactions: IPOs, RTOs, SPACs, private placements, and equity capital raises
- Identify and approach companies seeking public market access or capital formation solutions
- Structure transactions in alignment with BOF Investments’ integrated financial ecosystem and AI-driven market intelligence capabilities
- Engage institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners across the group’s global network (DIFC, London, New York, Johannesburg)
- Support the development of Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) mandates — advising companies on integrating digital assets into their capital structure
- Collaborate with the investment team across the full cycle: identify, analyse, invest, integrate, optimise
- Contribute to strategic partnerships that strengthen the group’s capital markets and settlement infrastructure
Your Profile
- Demonstrable transaction experience in IPOs, RTOs, SPACs, or equity capital markets — this is the foundation of the role
- Strong origination capability and an established network of issuers, advisors, and institutional counterparties
- Comfort operating across both traditional securities and digital asset or tokenized structures
- Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions, time zones, and regulatory frameworks
- Commercial acumen combined with the precision required to execute complex, multi-party transactions
- Entrepreneurial by nature — you see structures where others see obstacles, and you close
