Global Servicing (GS) is responsible for the company’s customer service, credit, and fraud operations serving consumers, commercial clients, and merchants around the world, as well as global consumer travel and lifestyle servicing.
Additionally Global Servicing (GS) provides the world’s best customer experience every day by building on Amex’s 175-year legacy of service excellence, leveraging new technologies and capabilities to drive innovation, and bringing a human touch to each customer interaction.
The Summer Internship Program sits in the Business Strategy team of Global Servicing, the heart of American Express’s global operations and part of the company's largest division.
Successful interns can receive an offer to return to a 2-year Rotation Program, a career acceleration platform that combines business-critical project work, tailored learning experiences, and direct exposure to senior leaders.
Whether through broad cross-functional rotations or a more specialized track aligned to specific skills the program acts as a launch pad for a successful long-term career at American Express.
