Role Overview
PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Campaign Manager, Auto & Personal Loans at our Tysons, Virginia location.
The primary purpose of the Campaign Manager will be to drive strategy, development and execution of marketing initiatives to support product verticals and the overall PenFed brand.
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for delivering against a range of KPIs to drive awareness, consideration, and volume.
In addition, they help drive the creativity, innovation and efficiency of marketing initiatives to ensure business goals are achieved.
They will often lead cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with PenFed brand and meet the business objectives.

Pay Transparency The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $ 69,000 .00 - $ 153,756.00 This position is eligible for an organizational performance based annual bonus, subject to board discretion and approval. This position is eligible for an individual performance based annual bonus.
