Job Responsibilities
- Oversee camp operations, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and handling inspections, fines, and requirements.
- Maintain camp facilities, hygiene, housekeeping, and waste management to high standards.
- Conduct inspections and ensure preventive maintenance (fire safety, pest control, water systems).
- Manage employee accommodation, handle grievances, and coordinate with HR/Admin for employee matters.
- Coordinate labour movement between camps and transportation for joining, exit, and site mobilization.
- Manage inventory, petty cash, and distribution of uniforms and onboarding materials.
- Prepare key reports, maintain records, and support setup of new camp facilities.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in camp management / hospitality operations, including 5 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour accommodation standards & Dubai Municipality regulations
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of HSE standards and emergency procedures
- Strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage large workforces in high-pressure environments
- Proficient in MS Office and camp management systems
