Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee timesheets and attendance records
  • Assist with daily administrative and office support functions
  • Coordinate with employees regarding timesheet submissions and corrections
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support HR and operations team with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Hindi speaking is mandatory
  • Female candidates mandatory
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior admin or timekeeping experience is an advantage
