Job Summary
The Landscape Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all landscape construction, irrigation, and maintenance activities.
This role ensures high-quality project delivery, effective team management, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
Landscape Management
- Lead and manage landscape teams and subcontractors for construction and maintenance projects
- Oversee horticultural practices, ensuring optimal plant health and growth
- Recommend and manage the use of fertilizers, pesticides, and soil treatments
- Provide technical expertise on plant selection, sourcing, and landscaping methods
Irrigation Management
- Design, review, and supervise irrigation systems using CAD and relevant software
- Ensure irrigation installations meet design specifications and project timelines
- Monitor team performance and productivity at site
Maintenance & Operations
- Review contracts and develop comprehensive maintenance plans
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on maintenance-related matters
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with contract standards
- Identify operational gaps and implement cost-effective solutions
- Ensure pest and disease control is carried out in line with UAE regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in landscape construction and maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of plant physiology, soil science, and irrigation systems
- Proficiency in CAD and irrigation design software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
