Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible
Camp Boss
to manage labor accommodation and camp operations for a leading construction company in the UAE.
The candidate should have strong experience in camp coordination, employee welfare, housekeeping supervision, and maintaining compliance with UAE labor and municipality regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of labor accommodation camps.
Coordinate accommodation allocation for employees and staff.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities.
Supervise housekeeping, cleaning staff, and camp attendants.
Monitor catering and food distribution arrangements.
Handle camp inventory, utilities, and accommodation records.
Coordinate transportation schedules and employee movements when required.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, health & safety, and municipality standards.
Address employee accommodation-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate maintenance works including plumbing, electrical, and civil repairs within the camp.
Maintain discipline and ensure camp rules and regulations are followed.
Prepare camp occupancy reports and daily administration records.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as Camp Boss / Camp Coordinator in a construction company.
Good knowledge of UAE labor camp regulations and HSE standards.
Strong coordination and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multicultural workforce accommodation.
Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi is an advantage.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
