The Female Camp Boss is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the female accommodation camp, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily camp operations and accommodation facilities.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the camp.
- Manage room allocation and occupancy records.
- Address residents' concerns and welfare issues.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and security teams.
- Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Prepare basic reports related to camp operations and occupancy.
- Coordinate with HR/ PR departments whenever necessary.
- Previous experience in a facility management company preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in camp administration, accommodation management, or a similar role.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Ability to handle employee welfare matters professionally.
- Gender: Female (required for supervision of female accommodation facilities).
