We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
  • Provide administrative support to management and coordinate communication between departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks, communications, and pending matters.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar executive support role.
  • Experience in the service industry is mandatory; experience within the same field will be an added advantage.

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily desk-based role with prolonged computer usage
  • Frequent movement within office premises to coordinate with departments
  • Availability to travel occasionally for meetings or company events, if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
