Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project/Operation Manager with a healthcare or hospital background to manage facilities management and housekeeping operations within a hospital environment, ensuring high service quality and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily FM and housekeeping operations in the hospital.
- Ensure compliance with hospital cleaning and infection control standards.
- Supervise supervisors and housekeeping teams to maintain service quality.
- Conduct inspections, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues.
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and operational reporting.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in hospital environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Experience working with healthcare clients or hospital facilities is highly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,500.00 per month
