Skills and Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- 7-10 years proven experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar supervisory role within the construction sector.
- **Skills:**
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- **Knowledge:**
- Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and labor regulations.
- **Communication:**
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, multicultural teams.
