A French company based in Dubai is hiring a Camp Boss to manage workers’ accommodation operations.
The camp accommodates 150 people.
Responsibilities
- Supervise camp operations, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and CCTV operations.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with company and local regulations.
- Maintain records of occupancy, meals, maintenance, and staff movements.
- Coordinate staff welfare and logistics with HR and Administration.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; English and other languages are advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a camp accommodating 150 personnel.
- Experience in CCTV operations and supervising camp operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay starts at AED 1,500 per month.
- The offer includes a compensation package, visa, insurance, flight tickets, accommodation, transport, drinking water, Wi-Fi, and company uniforms.

Workplace and schedule
- Full-time position.
- Work is in person at Al Quoz Industrial 4, Dubai.
