Overview

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused **Call Center / Patient Coordinator** to join our aesthetic clinic in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries from patients.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about aesthetic treatments, services, and clinic procedures.
  • Coordinate patient appointments with doctors and clinical staff.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and post-procedure care.
  • Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
  • Manage patient concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support clinic promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities by contacting potential patients.
  • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum **2 years of experience in a call center or patient coordination role in the UAE (preferably in an aesthetic or medical clinic).**
  • Excellent communication skills in **English** (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with **aesthetic treatments and cosmetic procedures** is preferred.
  • Good computer skills and experience with CRM or clinic management systems.
