– Call Center Executive (Automotive Garage) – Arabic Speaker
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our automotive garage team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, service bookings, follow-ups, inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience in customer service, and preferably knowledge of automotive service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service advisors
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle service status and feedback
- Explain garage services, promotions, insurance works, and offers to customers
- Maintain customer database and service records
- Coordinate with workshop and operations team for smooth customer handling
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Contact existing customers for periodic service reminders and promotions
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
Requirements
- Arabic speaking candidate is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Previous experience in call center, customer service, or automotive industry preferred
- Knowledge of automotive garage services is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive garage or dealership environment
- Knowledge of insurance and vehicle repair process
- UAE experience preferred

- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
