Call Center Agent - Urdu Speaking only

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Update customer records accurately in the system.
• Respond to complaints, inquiries, and requests promptly.
• Provide clear and effective solutions to customer issues.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs.
• Multitask between calls, CRM systems, and other tools.
• Work flexibly across required shifts.

Requirements and Skills

• At least one year of call center experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu, English, and Hindi are required.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities are required.
• The role requires the ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
• Basic computer applications, including CRM and MS Office, are required.
• Multitasking and time-management skills are required.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or technical support experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of call center software such as Zendesk or Five9 is preferred.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Work Conditions

• The role operates in a shift-based work environment.
• The setting is fast-paced and involves high call volumes.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,000 per month.

Workplace

• The role is performed in person in Dubai.
