Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed call-handling time, resolution-rate, and customer-satisfaction metrics.
- Update customer records accurately in the system.
- Respond promptly to complaints, inquiries, and requests, and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude and adapt scripts and guidelines to customer needs.
- Multitask across calls, CRM systems, and other tools.
Requirements and skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Urdu, English, and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening; ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including CRM and MS Office.
- Multitasking and time-management skills; willingness to work rotational shifts as needed.
- At least one year of call center experience is preferred.
Preferred qualifications
- Customer service, sales, or technical support experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of call center software such as Zendesk or Five9 is preferred.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Work conditions and schedule
- Shift-based work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
- Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays; rotational shifts may be required.
Employment and pay
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai Industrial City.
