Call Center Agent role based in Dubai Industrial City, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and records.
The position is full-time and permanent, with a shift-based, fast-paced environment and high call volumes.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed call handling, resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Update customer records accurately and respond to complaints, inquiries, and requests.
- Provide effective solutions to customer issues and maintain a positive, empathetic approach.
- Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs.
- Multitask across calls, CRM systems, and other tools.
Requirements and skills
- At least 1 year of call center experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Urdu, English, and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle difficult customers, and use basic computer applications including CRM and MS Office.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as needed.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of call center software such as Zendesk or Five9 is preferred.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Schedule and work conditions
- Shift-based work may include evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
- The role operates in a fast-paced setting with high call volumes.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai Industrial City.
