Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Call Center Agent specializing in real estate.
The responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The candidate will support clients with real estate-related information and work collaboratively with the sales and leasing teams to streamline client communication.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including handling CRM systems and basic office software
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency, especially Arabic, is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar call center or real estate setting is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- High adaptability to fast-paced, client-oriented environments
