Call Center Agent
Role Overview
• Make outbound calls to potential patients.
• Educate leads about medical services and offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads, ensuring accurate data entry in CRM systems.
• Follow scripts and compliance guidelines related to healthcare marketing.
• Schedule follow-up calls, appointments.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when communicating with clients.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
