Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused **Call Center Agent** to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center or Family Entertainment Center (FEC) environment and possess excellent communication skills in English.

This role requires handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services, promotions, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM or booking system.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, bookings, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a **Call Center** or **Family Entertainment Center (FEC)** is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English**.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/booking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Must be available to **join immediately**.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling high call volumes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service industries is an advantage.
