Cafe Manager - Premium Fitness Club

The Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering premium café and smoothie bar service during studio hours
• Helping shape the menu from the ground up, drawing on your experience of what works and what members want
• Taking ownership of stock, ordering, and keeping operations running smoothly day to day
• Building relationships with our performance nutrition partners to create a menu that genuinely supports our members' training and recovery
• Growing into the lead role as the studio and team expand — there's real runway here for the right person

What We're Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience in a café, juice bar, or smoothie bar — you know the craft, the pace, and what great service looks like from the inside
• A genuine interest in health, performance nutrition, or wellness — you don't need to be an expert, but you need to care
• Someone who takes pride in their work and holds themselves to a high standard without being told to
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, premium environment where the details matter
• Based in Abu Dhabi or able to relocate

• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
