Cafe Manager
About This Role
- Operations Oversee daily operations, manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain records of revenues and expenses.
- Staff Management: train, schedule, and evaluate baristas and staff, promoting a productive work environment.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high customer service standards, resolve issues, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
- Menu & Quality Control: Update menus with new items, set prices, and ensure consistent food/drink quality.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, ensuring food safety and cleanliness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
