- **Operations** Oversee daily operations, manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain records of revenues and expenses.
- **Staff Management:** train, schedule, and evaluate baristas and staff, promoting a productive work environment.
- **Customer Experience:** Maintain high customer service standards, resolve issues, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
- **Menu & Quality Control:** Update menus with new items, set prices, and ensure consistent food/drink quality.
