Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Dubai. The Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate staff, ensure quality service, and maintain organizational standards. Responsibilities include planning and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, managing budgets, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with different teams to achieve business goals. The Manager will also build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners while embodying the brand’s values.

Qualifications

• Operational and Management skills, including team leadership, process optimization, and problem-solving
• Customer Service skills such as client relationship management, customer satisfaction enhancement, and conflict resolution
• Experience in Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Resource Allocation
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to lead diverse teams
• Proficiency in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Hospitality Services
• Experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly desirable
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility with working hours
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in the hospitality industry is a plus
