Immediate-joiner Café Food and Beverage Maker position based in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food, beverages, coffee, juices, and snacks from the approved menu.
- Prepare canapés, starters, finger foods, sandwiches, bakery items, desserts, and catering dishes.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and timely service; follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and organized; monitor stock, expiry dates, and ingredient freshness.
- Minimize food waste and follow FIFO stock rotation; handle customer orders accurately.
- Support daily café operations and prepare and set up food for catering functions, birthday parties, and events.
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a café/food and beverage maker.
- Experience in bakery production, cake decoration, canapés, starters, and catering preparation.
- Knowledge of customer service, food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Strong organization and time management; creative approach to food presentation and bakery decoration.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; immediate joiner required.
- Culinary certification is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–2,800 per month.
