What Etihad is looking for
- High school graduate, Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Guest-focused, ambitious, passionate, and excited by a travel lifestyle.

Pay
- Tax-free salary up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on roster.
Benefits
- Relocation support, including 30 days of hotel accommodation on arrival and furnished shared accommodation.
- Transport between accommodation, training, and the airport.
- 30 days of annual leave, worldwide medical insurance for the employee and family, annual tickets, and global travel discounts.
Career progression
Progression opportunities include Economy Business Class from 12 months, Business Class Cabin Senior from 12 months, and Cabin Senior Cabin Manager from 24 months.
Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
