Role Overview

  • We are seeking an exceptional Butler to join our luxury hospitality team in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this prestigious role, you will serve as a dedicated ambassador for our guests, delivering personalized, uncompromising service that anticipates needs and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a hotel ambassador, providing personalized service to all guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and adhering to all hotel procedures and local regulations
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with genuine warmth, offering refreshments and assistance with luggage, unpacking, and room orientation
  • Manage all guest requests with efficiency and care, including laundry services, housekeeping coordination, room maintenance, and concierge services such as restaurant reservations and travel arrangements
  • Maintain impeccable room standards through daily inspections and personalized upkeep, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence
  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences by maintaining detailed guest profiles, recognizing VIP guests, and proactively offering services before being asked
  • Coordinate seamlessly with multiple departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, front office, and guest services to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and decisiveness, resolving issues promptly while maintaining detailed records
  • Perform food and beverage service duties, including meal preparation, room service delivery, and beverage service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards
  • Provide concierge assistance with Internet connectivity, technical support, and information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information, preferences, and personal matters at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, fire, and security procedures, reporting hazards immediately and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff
  • Attend daily briefings and shift handovers, maintaining updated logbooks and communicating guest feedback and opportunities to supervisors
