Partner with business unit owners to gather, document, and validate requirements, with a focus on operational efficiency and optimisation.
Develop basic user stories and collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, developers, and the Voice & AI Lead to deliver or refine solutions.
Maintain a strong understanding of relevant Salesforce Clouds (e.g., CPQ, OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud) through Trailhead training and hands-on experience.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in a business analyst or systems analyst role, ideally within a technology-enabled operations environment.
Strong capability in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture and functionality, with Trailhead training in relevant clouds such as CPQ, OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud (or willingness to complete).
