We are a well-established business setup consultancy in Dubai, providing end-to-end company formation and corporate services across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.

We support entrepreneurs, startups, and investors with licensing, visas, banking, and compliance, making business setup in the UAE simple and efficient.

To support our growing client base, we are looking for an

Experienced Business Setup Sales Consultant

who can confidently advise clients, close deals, and contribute to our continued success.

Role Overview

As a Business Setup Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for converting leads into clients by providing professional consultation on UAE company formation.

You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and recommending the most suitable business setup solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales leads related to company formation and business setup.
  • Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore business setup options.
  • Explain trade license types, visa packages, and compliance requirements clearly to clients.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth company formation and client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on UAE business laws, free zone regulations, and new licensing offers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales within a business setup or company formation consultancy in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and licensing options.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Professional, confident, and client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
