Role Description
This is a part time, on-site role for a Business Representative.
The Business Representative will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Daily responsibilities include analyzing market data, providing exceptional customer service, leading training sessions for clients, and facilitating effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with internal teams to improve product offerings and services is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills for engaging with clients and understanding their needs
- Sales skills with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Analytical skills for market research and data-driven decision-making
- Training abilities to deliver sessions that equip clients with the knowledge to maximize product potential
- Proactive problem-solver with an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with property or real estate platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
