Overview

We are a PropTech startup transforming the UAE real estate market through live-streaming and interactive video listings.

We are seeking a high-energy

Business Development Manager

to be the official face of our platform in

Sharjah and the East Coast

.

Your mission is to onboard top-tier real estate agencies, moving them away from static, outdated photos and into the future of live, shoppable real estate content.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Regional Outreach:**
  • Identify and meet with leading real estate agencies and independent brokers across Sharjah City, Kalba, and Khorfakkan.
  • **Platform Evangelism:**
  • Conduct professional demos showing agents how to use our "Live Stream" and "Smart Reels" features to close deals faster and build trust with investors.
  • **Strategic Consulting:**
  • Act as a partner to agencies, helping them transition their traditional listings into high-engagement, unedited video content.
  • **Account Onboarding:**
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from the initial "cold" visit to final account setup and the launching of their first live tour.
  • **Local Market Intelligence:**
  • Gather feedback from agents to help our product team refine features specifically for the Sharjah property market.

Requirements

  • **The "Hunter" Mentality:**
  • You are a self-starter who is comfortable walking into offices, networking at local events, and building a portfolio from the ground up.
  • **Tech-Savvy:**
  • You must be able to confidently explain mobile app features and the benefits of live-streaming technology.
  • **Communication:**
  • Fluent in Arabic is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is a significant plus
  • **Mobility:**
  • Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license and own a vehicle for field visits across the emirate.
