Overview

UBL UAE is looking for a motivated Business Relationship Manager to join our banking team in Dubai.

The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with Chinese corporate clients in the UAE, supporting their financial needs and expanding the bank’s presence within the Chinese business community.

The successful candidate will play a key role in client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering banking solutions to corporate customers.

Job Responsibilities

1.

Develop and manage relationships with Chinese corporate clients operating in the UAE

2.

Identify and acquire new business opportunities and corporate customers

3.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high service quality

4.

Promote banking products and services including corporate accounts, trade finance, FX services, and financing solutions

5.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account opening, onboarding, and service delivery

6.

Understand clients’ business needs and propose suitable financial solutions

7.

Participate in business networking events and Chinese business community activities

8.

Ensure compliance with the bank’s KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

1.

Chinese national or native Mandarin speaker

2.

Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or corporate client relationship management

3.

Familiarity with banking processes such as account opening, trade finance, and corporate banking services

4.

Strong sales, client acquisition, and relationship management skills

5.

Experience working with Chinese companies or cross-border business is a strong advantage

6.

Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English

7.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
