Compensation

What you’ll work on

• Communicate with business leadership to capture business requirements.
• Manually validate solutions against stakeholder objectives.
• Use the Product Delivery Framework and internal delivery best practices.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend potential solutions.
• Coach new team members on the framework.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and delivery of smaller initiatives as required.

What the employer is looking for

• Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience and 2+ years on Scrum-based teams creating user stories.
• Ability to prioritize and balance work, adapt to change, and work independently or as a team member.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to mentor, coach, and train junior members.
• English proficiency is required for communication across Canada.
