Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Business Process Specialist
to support Business Excellence initiatives through
process documentation, standardization, and improvement
across
Customer Experience
functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and gather process requirements.
- Design
- To-Be processes
- and workflows.
- Develop and maintain
SOPs
- and BPM documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support re-engineering initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs and process performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment with BPM governance and standards.
- Coordinate reviews, approvals, and process sign-offs.
Required Skills
- Experience in
BPM & BPR methodologies
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio/ ARIS / Microsoft Visio (preferred)
- **Salesforce experience**
- preferred
- **CX Transformation experience**
- across Marketing, Sales, Leasing, Operations, Maintenance, and Mobile Apps
- GCC Real Estate experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
- **Lean Six Sigma Green Belt**
- preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum
- 5+ years
- of experience as a Business Analyst / BPM Specialist or similar role
- Experience in real estate, government, or large enterprise environments preferred.
