About This Role
- The Business Process Excellence Lead is a strategic transformation role responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence across Momentum Logistics freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain operations.
- This role is accountable for leading enterprise-wide process transformation, embedding Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, and enabling data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service performance.
- The role will act as a key driver of operational strategy execution, ensuring Momentum Logistics evolves into a high-performance, digitally enabled logistics organization aligned with global standards.
- Re-engineer core processes across freight forwarding, transport, and warehousing
- Deliver measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, and service quality
- Establish a strong culture of continuous improvement and performance management
- Enable digital transformation across logistics operations through systems and automation
