Role overview

Requirements

• 1–3 years of freight forwarding/logistics operations and business-process or systems-support experience, or related experience.
• Practical understanding of transport or freight forwarding workflows; TMS, ERP, or logistics-system exposure is preferred.
• ISO 9001, quality-management, process-documentation, or continuous-improvement experience is preferred.
• Able to document processes, follow up actions, train users, and work accurately with operational data.
• Structured, hands-on, service-oriented, and comfortable working across countries, cultures, and functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support TMS rollout, testing, data preparation, user readiness, and go-live activities in assigned countries.
• Monitor system usage and performance; coordinate issue resolution with country teams, IT, and system providers.
• Train users and provide practical system guidance and support.
• Maintain logistics SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and training materials.
• Support process standardization and optimization; identify gaps and recurring issues and help implement corrective actions.
• Assist with configuration, user acceptance testing, releases, and validation of changes.
• Support data checks and corrections and prepare reports on adoption, compliance, issues, training, and implementation progress.
• Connect country operations with Group functions; support audits, quality work, and continuous-improvement projects.
