Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Partner located in Dubai.
The Business Partner will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and offering consulting services for immigration and investment programs.
Responsibilities
include overseeing client files, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and collaborating with internal teams and external associates.
The Business Partner will also participate in strategic decision-making to enhance operations and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Knowledge of immigration processes, investment programs, and residency services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the immigration or consultancy industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
