- Manage end-to-end cloud operations including subscriptions, renewals, reconciliation, provisioning support, SLA monitoring.
- Coordinate with cloud vendors, partners, for order confirmations and timely issuance of invoices, usage report.
- Support billing, invoicing, revenue tracking through CQ and ERP.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and internal policies including audits and documentation.
- Create dashboards, track subscription metrics, provide insights for decision-making.
- Identify inefficiencies and drive automation and standardization initiatives.
