The manager develops data-driven consumer and trade insights to build brands, improve commercial performance, and support long-term market success across the Middle East.
The role builds business intelligence tools for market modeling, enables data access, and provides insights for decisions across departments.
Strategic insights and operational responsibilities
- Develop the Consumer Strategic Insights agenda, conduct consumer research and analysis, and maintain methods for consistent insight delivery.
- Create market-planning models incorporating pricing, taxation, market size, marketing and sales investments, and financial inputs.
- Develop tools to evaluate marketing and commercial programs and improve outlet targeting with GIS, trade segmentation, and planning tools.
- Enhance sales-force dashboards and assess brand performance using Nielsen, TME, and consumer-tracker data.
- Manage consumer trackers and ad hoc research; evaluate product performance and support innovation with testing insights.
- Ensure appropriate data access and partner with senior stakeholders to increase data adoption and use.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 12+ years of relevant managerial SI&BI experience, including at least two years leading an SI&BI function.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience working in other markets is a plus.
